Over the years, The Lodge at Milbanke Sound has become known for its consistently strong August angling... but this year it's blown us out of the water. The chinook are big and they are incredibly plentiful. We are thrilled to announce that last week's guests weighed in an unprecedented 52 tyee: 3 over 50lbs, 6 over 40lbs and 43 over 30lbs. An experience beyond our wildest dreams! Milbanke salmon continue to dazzle guests day after day and tide after tide.

Sadly, time really does fly when you're having this much fun. It's hard to believe that we'll be wrapping up the 2013 season at Milbanke in only 18 short days.
