A lovely 11th century Sussex-style manor house, built by British architect Warren Hastings in 1940, is the heart of the property and a lovely spot for cocktails and dining.

Menus are created daily by their 25-year Swiss-born chef, Marcel Kauer, using the freshest ingredients from their gardens and local island farmers. Their small on-site boutique spa is housed in a cozy, cedar-clad barn reconstructed when the farm became a hotel in the early 80s. Expert spa treatments are performed by professional, licensed and exceptionally trained spa therapists.
