Sea Ray Boats
Not one, not two, but three exquisite new Sea Ray models premiered at the 2013 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show. The new 2014 510 Fly, 350 SLX and 260 Sundancer were officially unveiled during an exclusive VIP World Premiere Event on October 31.
A few words about the models making their debut:
2014 Sea Ray 510 Fly — The gorgeous 510 Fly takes yachting to new heights with contemporary bridge boat styling that blends Sea Ray’s heritage with dynamic flair. Driven by powerful diesel inboards or optional Zeus propulsion, it has an exceptional fuel capacity, plus all the strength and durability needed for exploring larger waters. Its stately design includes an expansive layout as well as many social zones, including an amenity-packed bridge. The air and light magic of SkyFlow Design brings the outdoors deep into the yacht, where a full-beam mid-master and two additional staterooms further entice owners and guests to leave the ordinary behind.
2014 Sea Ray 350 SLX — With seating for a whopping 18 passengers underway, the 350 SLX is all about connecting friends, family and multiple generations. An array of Next Wave innovations provide for a superior ride, handling and comfort. These include Quiet Ride, featuring TunedTransom® technology, to banish noise, vibration and harshness by roughly 50 percent, and Dynamic Running Surface for auto-maintained optimal running attitude and wake manipulation. From massive bow and transom social zones to a spacious head and a well-equipped entertainment center with sink and grill, this is an all-day boat that no one will want to leave when the day is through.
2014 Sea Ray 260 Sundancer — Sporting a performance-enhanced design and a social cockpit with a reversible helm seat and wet bar, the new 260 Sundancer invites spectacular family day boating or easy overnight cruising. The streamlined V-berth and mid-berth, full galley, head, ample storage and abundant light from enlarged hull side windows make this an exceedingly comfortable weekender for those looking to get away. The aggressive arch styling and slippery lines show the boat’s Sundancer DNA through and through.
President of Sea Ray Tim Schiek sums it up this way: “These new models epitomize the commitment to innovative thinking and inspired execution that guides our consistent focus on enhancing the boating experience.”
Alongside the 510 Fly, 350 SLX and 260 Sundancer, more than 15 other Sea Rays will be featured at the show’s on-water display until November 4, located on GH Dock at Bahia Mar North Marina, where a special glass enclosure will offer climate-controlled comfort and upscale ambience. Plus, Sea Ray Owners Club members who visit the show will receive an exclusive VIP gift, $500 points at check in and double points with a purchase.
