Walker Bay Product Launch at Ft Lauderdale Boat Show
2013 is a huge year for Walker Bay Boats. This year the company will introduce a total of 15 new products plus continuous improvement on existing models. To showcase many of the new models including the newly redesigned Generation Luxury RIB's, the company plans to attend the Ft Lauderdale Boat Show with a large in-water exhibit.

All New "SUPERLIGHT" Small RIBs
Walker Bay also introduces a new line of small 8'-10' RIB’s called the Odyssey SUPERLIGHT Series. Available in 6 models, the SUPERLIGHT uses an RTM molding process (Resign Transfer Molding). This process means that instead of having two one sided parts (topdeck and hull) laminated together, it is a two sided closed mold with no space between the parts. Hulls therefore are stonger, lighter, and with a foam insert between the parts, they have more buoyancy than other small RIB’s. They are the lightest non-aluminum on the market but without the harsh ride of an aluminum boat.
NEW High Pressure Stand Up Paddle Board
The New Arrow™ Inflatable Stand Up Paddle Board is built using the same High Pressure contruction as the revolutionary Patented AIRIS Kayaks. Walker Bay’s AirWeb™ construction makes the Arrow™ thicker and stiffer than any other inflatable SUP in the World. While other inflatable SUP designs flex and make it difficult to balance, the Arrow™ is nearly as rigid as a non-inflatable but with the convenience of an inflatable Stand Up. Further, the Arrow incorporates proprietary non-skid fibreglass steps, so your feet grip a perfect surface adding even further to the rigidness of the design. New AIRIS High Pressure Inflatable Kayak Designs
Walker Bay has reintroduced its highly popular AIRIS Kayak line with all new models for 2013. There are 3 models to choose from including a Tandem version, and all are built using Walker Bay's Patented AirWeb™ construction. Other inflatable kayaks in the market are inflated to 2-3PSI while AIRIS inflates to 7PSI so is more than twice as rigid as other designs. It's light weight, bouyancy and incredible rigidity mean it is the only inflatable kayak in the World which really paddles like a rigid kayak, and at under 20lbs fits in a Backpack so it is easy to take whereever you go.
