Mercury Marine
It was at the Sydney Boat Show that Mercury unveiled a line of 3.0-litre diesels for sterndrive, traditional inboard and waterjet applications. The engine is available in 150hp, 230hp and 270hp ratings. The past three years has been spent developing and testing acceleration, reliability, ease of installation and maintenance, and mitigation of noise and vibration. The diesels comply with Tier 3 emissions standards and are compatible with Mercury’s SmartCraft technology.
