In 1964, Jerry Williams and Jack Garsky built and incorporated Travel Trailer Village, an RV Park in Mesa near Main & Lindsey. In Nov 1971, Wilfred (Whitey) Dunkel purchased the park and his family still owns and operates the park today. In 2002, the park's name was changed to Mesa Spirit RV Resort and in Feb 2014, the Park will be celebrating 50 years of business with a customer appreciation party and the public is invited to attend. The party will have feature stations all around the park to showcase the 1800 spaces and 88.1 acres from Main and University between Lindsey to Val Vista.

Located just west of the beautiful Superstition Mountains, this hidden gem of Mesa is pet friendly has 1,800 sites housing park model homes and RV’s (even big rigs are welcomed). Fully furnished vacation rentals are also available.
