Thank you for your continued interest in this event. So what’s new this year you ask? Here’s a list of some of the improvements: A huge top cash prize for the largest salmon – your fish could be worth up to a whopping $25,000 in cash and prizes. Our new August tournament dates eliminates any concerns with fishing restrictions and allows each ticket holder to enter 2 Chinook salmon per day (wild or hatchery) and 1 halibut per day at the weigh scale. With each Chinook or halibut entered the ticket holder will receive a draw ticket which gives that person a chance at any of the fish draw prizes. We anticipate our total prize pool to exceed $100,000 in value.

• 2nd – 15 HP Mercury Pro Kicker - Courtesy of Alpine Marine (includes power tilt, electric start, remote control with control box, cables, labour to install and first service) - Value $5,038.00
• 3rd – Lowrance HDS-7 Gen 3 sounder/gps combo with a 3G radar - Courtesy of Island Outfitters and Lowrance - Value $3,800.00
• 4th – Canadian Tire Shopping Spree - Courtesy of Canadian Tire (Langford Store) - Value $2,500.00
• 5th – Complete Halibut Fishing Package - Courtesy Of Trotac Marine (includes complete anchor system for up to 26 foot boat, Penn rod & reel and tackle) - Value $2,000.00

Ticket Price

• $200.00 per rod ticket for individuals who are NOT members of SVIAC
• $150.00 each for SVIAC members – must be the holder of an up-to-date annual membership which is $40.00 for an adult.
