This series is unique in design with a focus on networking and developing fair and equitable business relationships for all involved. Each year, the NABOC series tour stops in Prince Rupert for a 3 day networking event that showcases successful private sector/Aboriginal business ventures.

Currently there are over $100 billion in major resource developments identified in or around First Nations communities in British Columbia. In the northern region of BC the mining, oil and gas and energy industry sectors all have proposed developments that will impact First Nations communities.

With these potential developments looming in northern BC, the NABOC event presents a unique networking opportunity for First Nations communities and First Nations businesses to meet with private sector organizations. Those who are interested in developing partnerships, joint ventures, and business relationships will find that NABOC Prince Rupert is a great place to make business deals.

Each year at NABOC Prince Rupert an average of $60 million worth of business deals are concluded because of the venue and collaborative atmosphere the conference creates.

Space is limited to 300 delegates and the expected mix will be 100 Aboriginal businesses and communities being represented in addition to 150 private sector corporations.
