Baja Amigos RV Caravan Tours is looking for Baja Wagon-Masters (WM)
Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead tours, directs tour participants as required, main decision maker when on tour, coordinates planned activities and events, main contact with HQ, in-charge of finances on tour, manages all contacts with vendors on tour, including campgrounds, private transport and restaurants and others as required, assisting guests with reasonable requests.
Qualifications & Experience:
RV travel, enjoy traveling with others, working with the public, ability to communicate clearly, manage people, follow written directions, giving directions, negotiating in difficult circumstances, resolving conflict, managing money. *Mechanical knowledge, Mexico RV travel and Spanish are helpful but not mandatory.
Equipment Required:
An RV; Motorhomes require a “towed”. GPS is essential as are 2-Way radios. *Generator, ATV, Kayak, Paddleboard are useful but not essential.
Standard Pay Rates
$102 USD (3 RVs) per Day to $186 USD (7RVs) per Day
Includes Fuel & Eating Out Allowance, Campground Fees
*WMs are Independent Contractors, not employees.
This is not a paid vacation for Wagon-Masters, but work!
50% of the compensation is paid prior to the tour The other 50% is paid upon completion of the tour.
