BC Interior RV Show
The 5th Annual BC Interior RV Show is just around the corner and the BCIRV Society directors want to encourage the general public to come out to the community event and bring a non-perishable food item for The Salvation Army Food Bank. Over the past four years the event has brought in over 10,000 pounds of food for those in need! This is the time of year that sometimes is forgotten when it comes to the community need and if you bring a non-perishable food item to the BC Interior RV Show your weekend wristband will only cost $5 dollars.
The BC Interior RV Society donates the net proceeds from the each annual event to local partnering organizations. Since the inaugural event in 2012 – the society has donated $15,500. In 2016, the society hopes to top the $20,000 mark – this is an awesome achievement for a new community event.
