The new 2024 Ford F-150 Raptor R gets an upgraded 5.2-litre supercharged V8 producing 720 hp and 640 lb.-ft. of torque making it the most powerful and capable full-size high-performance off-road truck that has ever traversed sand and beyond. The Raptor also sees a 20 horsepower increase - achieved with reduced air inlet losses coupled with an optimized calibration that also results in a wider torque curve.
The first F-150 Raptor debuted 15 years ago with 310 horsepower from a 5.4-litre V8 and 411 horsepower from an available 6.2-litre V8. Raptor’s legacy of high performance and durability continues to set the bar in the high-performance, off-road segment and delivers on the vision to bring customers closer to Baja desert racing-inspired trophy truck performance.
