4WDrive’s SEMA Awards - Our favourite and most hated project vehicles at SEMA - Part 4
19 Most Overtop Truck
Most Over the Top Truck: SuperSix F-450 – six doors, six wheels, six wheel steering and 6x6, this is the bro-est of the Brodozers carrying an Ultra4 truck on the back, but we have to say we kinda like it.
20 Most Overtop 4WD
20 Most Overtop 4WD
Most Over the Top 4WD: Wild Boar Off-Road Hell Hog JK6 – If the most over the top truck is a 6x6, the most over the top Jeep might as well be too. You are looking at a properly executed 6x6 example of the Jeep JKU, oh, and if you were wondering, there’s a 754 hp Dodge Hellcat V-8 providing motivation to all six wheels.

21 Most Wrinkled
21 Most Wrinkled
Most Wrinkled 4WD: Ken Block Fiesta RX43 – With all the shiny clean rigs scattered about SEMA, the worst wrinkle we could find was a scuffed wheel. Enter Ken Blocks Rally Cross Fiesta (yeah, the one from the Youtube videos), which never left the track with its front bumper and pushed its rear bumper in past the rear wheel in the final of the GRC event.
22 Best Use of Truck Bed
Best Use of a Truck Bed: Revtek Toyota Tacoma – Randy from Revtek welded this rear bed rack together mere hours before SEMA. What was simply supposed to finish off a truck featuring their suspension kit has turned into one of the biggest hits for the Taco crowd. This modular system holds a bike, spare tire, seven lights, a pair of skis, a jack, a shovel and an axe, while still keeping the bed area clear – and yeah, they’re going to build it.
23 Best Use of Bedliner
23 Best Use of Bedliner
Best Use of Bedliner: ADD F-150 – The use of bedliner as paint hit a fever pitch last year at SEMA, and while we are already sick of it, this particular example came across very nicely. 600 hp and 12-in of suspension travel up front doesn’t hurt either.
24 Best Prerunner
24 Best Prerunner
Best Prerunner: Hella Ford F2000 Prerunner – While this is more all-out racer than prerunner, we found this beautiful Ford displaying a couple racks of Hella’s finest. What it wasn’t displaying was the full tube-frame chassis, 28-in (front) and 38-in (rear) of suspension travel and the 900 hp twin-turbo 460.
Nope, not done yet. We'll have more for you soon.
