Breeze Lake RV Campground, Paul’s RV Park & Big Valley RV Park are all safe, secure, beautiful, pet friendly RV Parks dedicated to providing their guests with a “home away from home” feeling.  Located at the southern tip of Texas, in the heart of the semi-tropical Rio Grande Valley, the area’s unique cultural history, art, and food are yours to enjoy. 

The region has milder weather than Arizona, is less humid than Florida, is less expensive than either, and has less traffic congestion. Indulge yourself in the warm winter climate, clear Texas skies, exotic sandy beaches, fresh citrus fruits, and welcoming Mexican food and culture.  Each winter the calendar of events is filled with an array of activities from flea markets to Mexico trips, water aerobics to golf.

The parks are close to sunny South Padre Island. Known for having the cleanest beaches in Texas, it has more to offer than just sand, sun and water. Learn to make extravagant sandcastles, fly kites, horseback ride on the beach or just kick back and relax while watching a beautiful Texas style sunset. Take a day off from the beach to explore lighthouses and museums, or learn about sea turtles and other sea life.

Nearby historic Brownsville is home to almost 200,000 Texans, offering museums, dining, shopping, festivals and events. Enjoy the Brownsville Historic Battlefield Hike and Bike Trail, a 15 km (9 mi) path rich in the history of the Rio Grande Valley. Explore the Gladys Porter Zoo where a 1.2 km trek will reveal 377 species of animals and 225 species of plants.

Take a day trip to Nuevo Progresso, Mexico, still considered a “safe” place to visit.  Enjoy a stroll through the markets and indulge in souvenirs such as boots, jewelry, furniture, pottery, clothes, and much more.  Enjoy cultural dining at a genuine Mexican restaurant with authentic cuisine.  Licensed dentists and physicians keep their offices near the border and offer patients great, affordable medical care.  Drug stores offer pharmaceuticals at great prices too.
