Eureka Casinos is a family owned-and-operated business with casinos in Mesquite and Las Vegas. Eureka Casino – Las Vegas features 264 slot machines, the award-winning Asian fusion restaurant, Fat Choy, and a fully stocked bar with the coldest draft beer in Las Vegas. Brothers Greg and Ernest Lee run the company that has been handed down from their parents, Ted and Doris.
Only 80 miles northeast of Las Vegas you will find the Eureka Casino Resort. Nestled amidst the red tabletop mesas in the Virgin River Valley in the town of Mesquite, halfway between Moapa Valley and Zion National Park, the iconic Eureka Casino Resort is the perfect travel destination for the intrepid traveler. Visitors can make convenient day trips to Valley of Fire State Park, Bryce Canyon, Zion, the Grand Canyon, Cedar Breaks National Monument, as well as a number of smaller state parks in the nearby St. George, UT area.
The resort offers 214 recently-remodeled, AAA rated three-diamond rooms and suites. The resort is also home to world-class dining and entertainment options, a spa, and a wide range of gaming. The resort is located within a ten minute drive of Mesquite’s seven (that’s right seven) golf courses. You can relax next to the resort pool, in a cabana or in one of its hot tubs. Eureka-Mesquite won Trip Advisor's 2013 Certificate of Excellence, and once you visit, you will see why.
The Eureka is RV-friendly, with an extensive surface RV lot. RV guests are invited to take advantage of Eureka Casino Resort’s food and beverage offerings, casino, and entertainment.
October 3rd marked the opening of the Town Square Buffet, Music & Events. In their new, state-of-the-art culinary showroom, you get a front-row seat to what Eureka President Andre Carrier calls “The Big Kitchen.” Instead of traditional dining where all your food is prepared behind closed doors, "you're surrounded on all sides by chefs preparing your meal; you get to see up-close the quality of the food while it's being prepared, fresh and just for you."
Town Square is open Thursday through Sunday, with their trademark “Community Pasta Garden” menu on Thursdays, the ever-popular Seafood buffet on Fridays and Saturdays, and a Sunday Brunch buffet.
Eureka Mesquite offers many other dining options. Mason Street Courtyard is open every day of the week for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It features home-style Chinese and Italian cuisine from the Lee family’s home neighborhood in San Francisco. Some of the recipes are in fact Lee family recipes, and Executive Chef Scott McGlinchey and his staff have worked hard to stay faithful to the original. “Mrs. Lee’s cooking was so real and so good that we wanted to make sure we did it right.”
Food & Beverage Director Roo Arledge agrees , “When you are cooking Mrs. Lee’s personal recipes , there is a lot of pressure to get it right. I stood in the kitchen with her and cooked these dishes over and over again until I got it right. We are excited to share this cuisine with our guests. It is a way of showing how much we care, and to share family traditions.”
Mason Street Courtyard has an outdoor patio with a terrific view of the tabletop mesa beside the property, so you can enjoy the beautiful Mesquite landscape along with the finest home-style cooking in town.
Besides having great international cuisine like Chinese and Italian, Mason Street Courtyard also is home Mesquite’s “Best Breakfast” according to Mesquite Local News.
Gregory’s Mesquite Grill offers another appealing dinner option. Open for dinner every evening from 4pm-9pm, Gregory’s combines traditional southwest mesquite wood grill cooking with a range of signature entrees and desserts. The menu includes juicy seared steak, steamed or grilled lobster, and hearty Italian specialties. In the 2013 Best of Mesquite , Gregory’s was voted “Best fine Dining”, “Best Restaurant, and “Best Prime Rib”.
Eureka-Mesquite also features the brand new 5,000 square-foot Seasons Ultra Lounge. Seasons features live bands every Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening from 7pm-12:30am. Resident DJ Mikey VIP then takes over and keeps the party going until 3am.
Partygoers can take advantage of the expanded dance floor, VIP seating, extensive drink menu and bottle service. The new Seasons also boasts the new “ Lanai”, an indoor/outdoor patio with comfortable seating beside its new fire pit.
Eureka-Mesquite is home to a world-class casino that is every gamer's dream. Visitors can choose from more than 1,100 slot machines and video poker games. The casino also features a 24-hour live poker room with daily tournaments, as well as a variety of table games such as blackjack, craps, roulette, and paigow poker.
Mesquite is also home to the world-class Wolf Creek Golf Course. Voted the No. 1 public golf course in Golf Digest by the Fans' Choice Contest of 2010-2011, the course has over 7,000 yards of beautiful fairways and lush greens. As if that weren't enough, Mesquite also boasts six other courses within a 10-minute drive, as well as another six in St. George. Hotel guests can create their own itinerary, take advantage of exclusive pricing, and choose their favorite courses from among the casino's golf partners.
Looking for a relaxing day in after your long travel? Get a massage! Eureka-Mesquite features its own Relaxation Suite. Guests can also take advantage of in-room visits, or experience a massage poolside. The signature service is the Red Mesa Massage - which combines warm pink granite stones with healing oils and a therapist's touch--but guests can also enjoy Swedish or Shiatsu, Couples Massage, and even Reflexology. Guests who book a suite with a Jacuzzi tub can enhance their visit with mineral bath treatments before or after their massage.
Whether you’re looking for the most thrilling, interactive vacation experience or just a quiet place to relax after days on the dusty trail, Eureka Casino Resort is the place for you.
