What began as a dream soon awakened to the perfect RV Resort destination. The resort is an ideal starting point to venture into all the Valley Of The Sun has to offer. Mesa Sunset RV Resort is located near Red Mountain Freeway/AZ State Route 202 and grants access to major services and attractions. Mesa is home to the Cubs spring training facility and Boeing with an abundance of world-class golf courses nearby. It is an easy home base for day trips to Sedona, Jerome and Montezuma Castle. Campers can also look forward to an urban adventure in the nearby town of Phoenix, known for its excellent selection of great restaurants, museums, art galleries, historic and cultural sites as well as entertainment centres. Vistor are drawn to Phoenix because of the Yellowstone Art Centre, Heard Museum, Phoenix Art Museum, and the Maryvale Baseball Park.

Near the campground are a number of supply and grocery stores, so campers never have to travel far to restock on food and important items. The surrounding area has been undergoing immense beautification in the last few years. Several shopping centres that will delight the ardent shopper are matched only by the plethora of restaurants and theatres. It is steps away from Fry's Food & Drug, Fry's Fuel Center, Jack In The Box, and Circle K. Just one block away you will find Pizza Hut, Burger King and McDonalds. The hospital is also just minutes away.
The resort itself is the perfect community for active retirement (or pre-retirement living) for RVers and non-RVers alike.
