Jessica Kelleher has been appointed as Vice President, Network Development for Jaguar Land Rover North America and reports directly to Joe Eberhardt, President and CEO.
As Vice President, Network Development, Kelleher will have strategic and operational responsibility for ensuring that the market’s retailer network meets the company’s business goals and franchise standards. In the role, Kelleher will be responsible for all aspects of performance and business management for the retailer network. In addition, she will continue the efforts that have been made to channel the brands into a single retail outlet.
“Jessica brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and leadership to the senior management team at Jaguar Land Rover North America as we continue to grow our business and our retail network invests in the future with new dual branded retail facilities,” said Eberhardt. “Her years of experience, matched with the dedication of our retailer network, will ensure a successful and profitable year ahead for the business.”
Prior to joining Jaguar Land Rover, Kelleher served as Retail Network Development Manager at BMW of North America, where she developed and executed national network strategies that prepared the retail network for profitable growth, ensured customer convenience and reinforced the brand’s identity, while being responsible for the analysis, recommendation, approval and execution of proposed ownership and dealer agreement changes.
Before joining BMW, she held the roles of both Eastern Region Area Sales Manager and Network Development Senior Manager, Eastern Region for Audi of America.
Through July of 2019, Jaguar Land Rover in the U.S. has achieved a five percent sale increase, with Jaguar up 10 percent and Land Rover up three percent.
