This particular acquisition made my spouse very happy. It de-cluttered my truck drawers and ended the constant search for tools I needed “now”, but couldn’t find (it wasn’t a pretty sight). This Tool Roll is amazing considering its size and compact looks. You can stow most of your necessary tools all in one place. Once filled, you simply unhook the main buckle and lay it flat. On one side you have 5 pockets and on the other side you have the 18 tool slots covered by a Velcro flap. It’s very rugged with strong zippers and the seams are sturdy enough to handle a large load of tools. Atlas 46 swears by their product and thus, offers a lifetime warranty.
The extra bonus for my particular situation is that when full and all rolled up, it fits perfectly into my smaller Decked drawer system for quick and easy access. All the necessary tools and small accessories are readily available and portable for emergency mechanical repairs or simple routine maintenance.
I have made one modification to the original product by sewing Velcro strips on to the five pockets, and getting Velcro name tags (made by CPgear.com) to identify the contents of each pocket (that’s my dummy proof system).
