At the end of July 2018, Baja Amigos RV Caravan Tours announced the addition of a 45 Day mainland Mexico tour for the 2018/2019 Baja season. The tour is scheduled from November 1st thru December 16th, this fall starting in Nogales Arizona. Destinations will include the Copper Canyon, Tequila, Guadalajara, Guanajuato, San Miguel de Allende, Mexico City, Morelia and several beachside stops. Guests will have the option to drop off and extend their stay.
Dan Goy, President said "This is exciting for us after 9 seasons on Baja to now lead a mainland tour. We were inspired by our guests who for years indicated they would love to join us again touring other regions of Mexico."
Lisa Goy, VP added, "In 2016 we returned to the Mexico mainland with 5 other couples for a 90-day RV adventure to almost every region including the Gulf Coast, Yucatan, Caribbean Coast, southern Pacific coast and many inland historic centers which prepared us well for this tour."
"Our passion for Mexico continues to drive our interest to share the Mexico experience with other RVers. Hard to believe it was 33 years ago that we first ventured to Mexico and we are still keen to return each winter," added Lisa.
Baja Amigos RV Caravan Tours began in 2009 and have 7 tours scheduled for Baja this season with 6 enthusiastic Wagon Master couples. To date, Baja Amigos has delivered almost 50 tours to nearly 600 RVers from Canada, the United States, the UK, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand and Germany. Baja Amigos is a Canadian Company that continues to specialize in small groups of RVers. They always have 14 guests maximum, with usually 7 RVs, which means your experience is personal, intimate and more enjoyable. They simply believe RVing with a smaller group of guests, provides a much better tour experience than traveling with a group of 30 or 40 people.
Fact: Over 1 million Canadians and 30 million Americans currently own RVs and the Baby Boomer generation continues to be the fastest growing demographic in both countries. A million RV Snowbirds relocate to the southwest US within 250 miles of the Mexican border from San Diego, CA to Corpus Christi, TX and the Gulf of Mexico shoreline each winter. Less than 5000 Snowbird RVers venture to Mexico campgrounds each winter, enjoying warmer weather and a tropical climate.
Vision Statement: Baja Amigos RV Caravan Tours strive to exceed expectations from Day 1. Baja Amigos flourish on past guest referrals and building strong relationships with industry stakeholders in Canada, United States, and Mexico. Baja Amigos tours are recognized for their service excellence and delivering a camping experience second to none by guests and industry partners alike.
Baja Amigos is accepting registrations for 2019.
