Kelowna Summer Fishing Derby

The Kelowna Winter Fishing Derby is only a month away.
Registration is now open for the Kelowna Winter Fishing Derby to be held Sunday, October 23, 2016 on Okanagan Lake. First place prize is $2000.
The Derby is catch and release and open to all ages. We are looking for the Longest Rainbow Trout in Okanagan Lake. Feel free to launch your boat anywhere you like, and you are permitted to fish the entire Okanagan Lake.
Tickets for the Winter Derby are $65 plus GST ($68.25). Every participant MUST have a ticket purchased and be registered. You can register on-line or in person at Rose's Pub (1352 Water St. Kelowna - beside the Water Street Boat Launch) on Saturday, Oct. 22, 5-7 pm. You can also pay by cheque, payable to Powerhouse Media Ltd., #1503 - 1160 Sunset Dr., Kelowna, BC, V1Y 9P7. All cheques must be received by October 21, 2016.
If you register online or by mail, you will need to pick up your registration package at Rose's Pub (1352 Water St. Kelowna - beside the Water Street Boat Launch) on Saturday, Oct. 22, 5-7 pm. Everyone in the derby needs a custom ruler. You only need one per boat and if you have one from a previous derby, you don't need to buy another one. Rulers are $20 each and are available for purchase here. Pick them up with your registration.
