Thor Motor Coach’s Outlaw Class A motorhome lineup received extensive upgrades for the 2017 model year, including new interior decors, faucets, matching stainless steel kitchen appliances, and flooring to “keep up with today’s design trends,” according to a press release.
In addition, the Outlaw interior was set off by Amish handcrafted solid hardwood cabinetry with its intricate detailing and high-gloss glaze application.
The new 37BG toy hauler floorplan heightens the ability to haul larger toys with a full 13 foot, 6 inch deep garage space. The new ramp door configuration makes it easy for a single person to set up or convert into a rear patio. The garage also features a 50-inch big-screen TV, which can be viewed from any position on the rear deck. A pair of folding sleeper sofas are positioned beneath a power drop-down queen top bunk, transforming the garage and patio into an extra sleeping area.

Although known as a toy hauler, the Outlaw has become the “ultimate residential motorhome” with the 38RE model, the release stated. An ultramodern bedroom featuring 9-foot coffered ceilings is situated where the garage is customarily located. The residential floorplans have a spacious living area and a rear “patio deck” that folds down offering another entertaining option complete with a 50-inch big-screen TV and Bluetooth radio.
The Class C 29H Outlaw, designed for RVers wanting a coach that feels more like an SUV, features new interiors as well as exterior graphics packages this year. Small details such as the additional storage compartments and 12-volt attic fan in the cab-over have been well received by consumers. Also standard this model year is the 32-inch exterior TV and hydraulic leveling jacks.
All Outlaw motorhomes feature Thor Motor Coach’s Rapid Camp, a wireless control system allowing owners to set up camp quickly at a distance of up to 50 feet away from the motorhome. Features that can be operated include leveling jacks, slideouts, generator, patio awning and patio light.
