JKS LAUNCHES 3-IN JSPEC SUSPENSION FOR JEEP TJ
The newest addition to the JKS Jspec suspension lineup is the complete 3-in systems for the 1997-2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ. These new systems join the existing TJ 2-in system offering all the benefits of improved off-road capability and on-road drivability.
The system features 3-in dual rate coil springs for all for corners to not only to improve the ride quality and suspension travel, but also increase load carrying capacity for those long adventures. These springs are paired with the Jspec gas charged shocks to offer comfort and performance across rough terrain both urban and natural. Front J-Flex adjustable lower control arms are supplied in the system to reposition the front axles and correct caster along with rear upper control arms to improve pinion angle. These control arms are built from heavy wall DOM tubing with an OE style rubber bushing and an adjustable forged flex end.
To reposition the front axle laterally, an adjustable front track bar is supplied and bolts in place of the stock bar. In the rear, the axle is repositioned with a heavy duty track bar bracket. JKS quicker disconnects are included to quickly and easily improve the front end articulation and longer rear sway bar links allow the rear sway bar to function in the correct position. To keep the driveline angle at a minimum the belly skid plate is repositioned down using the supplied lowering spacers, the transfer case linkage is relocated and the motor mounts are shimmed. Bump stop extensions and brake line brackets round out this system ensuring improved ride quality and performance on and off-road with room for 33-in tires.

Holley has announced the release of the UltraPro series of hose and fittings from Earl's Performance Plumbing. The UltraPro Series hose features a carbon-infused PTFE inner liner that is impervious to all known fuels, oils, and coolants used in automotive applications while maintaining an ultra-low coefficient of friction to promote maximum flow. The double-helix ribbed inner hose liner offers extreme flexibility and full flow making tough plumbing jobs a snap with less hard connections. The liner is reinforced with an outside glass-fiber wrap for additional strength and integrity. It is available in -6, -8, -10, -12, -16, and -20 AN sizes. The polyester braid UltraPro hose is up to 67% lighter than traditional rubber hose with stainless steel braid while the stainless braid UltraPro hose is up to 37% lighter than traditional steel-braided rubber hose.
Earl's UltraPro Series hose ends are designed to stand up to the same harsh environments. Internal seals are a fluoroelastomer material, which is resistant to all known fuel, oil, and coolants. The hose ends are furnace-brazed for a permanent and robust bond. They are assembled with an olive that threads onto the double-helix ribbed inner liner of the hose for positive engagement and retention of the hose ends. High-stress components are made of high strength 2024-T8 grade aluminum. The design of the nuts, sockets, and swivels has been optimized for maximum weight savings. They also feature Earl's popular ANO-TUFF black hard-coat anodizing that actually penetrates the aluminum for an extraordinarily durable and corrosion-resistant shield. Dynamic Swivel technology is used in selected hose ends which allows 360° of rotation after installation. They are available in both twist-on and crimp-on styles for more plumbing options. SAE port, jump size, and Wiggins connector adapters are also available.

Zone Offroad's Heavy Duty Upper Control Arm (UCA) Kit for Toyota Tundra models are direct replacements for the factory arms on leveled and lifted applications. Made from fully boxed and welded 1/8-in steel plate construction as well as CNC machined ball joint and bushing mounts, these arms dwarf the factory components. Factory style rubber bushings and high-quality Moog brand ball joints provide long-term durability and quiet, low maintenance operation. An aluminum ball joint cap is incorporated to keep mud and grime off the ball joint and creates a clean, high-end look. This kit includes hardware to mount the factory brake line brackets to the new arms and new washers to work with the factory control arm mounting hardware.

After months in development and testing, BDS Suspension has introduced the latest in traction bar technology with the new patent pending RECOIL Traction Bars. These new traction bars are designed for bolt-on installation on many full-size trucks, improving performance on street, track and trail terrains. The revolutionary design uses tunable dual-stage compression springs for easily adjustable resistance and a floating design that won't bind up like traditional traction bars. These bars are engineered to improve traction and limit axle wrap without negatively affecting suspension travel or ride quality.
These new RECOIL traction bars are built to the highest standards for the ultimate performance on and off-road. The bars are fabricated from 2-in OD x 3/16'-in wall steel tubing with a threaded bung welded in toward the axle and a CNC machined end at the frame. The axle mount uses the tried and true BDS large forged flex end and jam nut to take whatever abuse you throw at it. Utilizing a forged housing with large 1-1/4-in -12 threaded shank, a single sided snap ring and 1-piece flex ball, the flex ends are capable of up to 15-degrees of misalignment in either direction. At the frame end the bar uses a durometer specific polyurethane bushing and free floats in the traction bar utilizing a pair of dual stage internal compression springs and UHMW polyurethane bearings. Both ends are greaseable and serviceable. Fully assembled the RECOIL traction bars are 55-in long and mount to the vehicle using fabricated ¼-in steel brackets. Bracket kits are vehicle specific. The frame brackets install by drilling mounting holes for the brackets while the axle brackets install using a set of U-bolts. The traction bars and mounting brackets use a durable gloss black powdercoat finish.
