The TeraFlex JK Front Locking Hub Conversion Kit is designed to upgrade JK Dana 30 and 44 axles. It delivers several major benefits over a factory unit bearing design. They are able to dramatically reduce bearing load by increasing the distance between the inner and outer wheel bearings within the hub. These bearings ride on a forged 4140 chromoly spindle that accepts readily available low cost industry standard bearings and seals. By incorporating an 8 on 6.5-in wheel bolt pattern they are able to use one-ton Dana 60 application components throughout.
The unique TeraFlex hub design allows for OE wheel speed sensors to be completely sealed from mud, rock and other damaging contaminants, ensuring clear constant data transmission to maintain all ABS and ESP functions. The SlimLock Hub kit features forged 4340 chromoly 35 spline stub shafts. The hub design incorporates high surface area engagement with extreme durability. The kit is perfect for flat towing by allowing the hubs to be set in the unlocked position during transport and includes the TeraFlex dual piston Big Brake Kit.

BDS Suspension adds to their sterling lineup of suspension lift kits for the Toyota Tundra with new 4.5-in performance coilover systems designed for vastly improved off-road performance while providing a smooth, comfortable ride on pavement. These new coilover systems build on the proven high clearance design of the 4.5-in and 7-in BDS suspension systems, now offered with FOX 2.5 remote coilovers pre-tuned for optimal performance right out of the box. These new 4.5-in systems integrate flawlessly with the new electronic stability control (ESC) systems and allow enough clearance for 35-in tires to be installed. For 2007-2016 Tundra owners already running the BDS 4.5-in high clearance kit the FOX 2.5 remote coilovers are available as a upgrade to improve performance. The coilovers come pre-tuned and include all the mounting hardware to bolt right into place of the strut/strut extension assembly with a frame-mounted bracket for the external reservoir.
The complete system includes a pair of high strength, one-piece crossmembers built from 1/4-in steel with a heavy duty full width skid plate to create an extremely rigid subframe to position the suspension and drivetrain components. A pair of CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles dwarf the factory units and reposition the steering mount to compensate for the lift. The FOX 2.5 remote reservoir coilovers come pre-tuned with Eibach coils to provide a great ride and provide 4.5-in of lift right out of the box. Also included are frame mounted brackets for the remote reservoir, bump stop extensions, differential relocation brackets, weld-in frame reinforcement plates, longer swaybar links, alignment cam bolts, and heavy duty tie rod ends, 3-in rear lift blocks and longer U-bolts are used to achieve a level to slightly tail high stance. Brake line extensions and precision tuned FOX 2.0 IFP rear shocks round out the system and giving clearance for 35-in tires to be installed.

OR-Fab has designed a heavy-duty 3/16-in thick steel skid plate for the Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) tank on 2011 to 2016 model Chevrolet/GMC 2500 and 3500 HD Duramax pickups. The skid plate protects the tank when the vehicle is subjected to off-road conditions and delivers piece of mind to anyone worried about damaging the tank while off-roading, or from debris that might be kicked up by the passenger side tire.
The skid plate is precision laser cut from a single sheet of steel and includes two heavy-duty mounting brackets and hardware. It easily bolts to the vehicle without any drilling or modifications to the vehicle’s chassis and allows full access for DEF service. The OR-Fab DEF Skid Plate can also be used with aftermarket fixed or motorized retractable steps.
