The Rugged Ridge winch-ready Stubby HD bumper is an affordable, simple alternative when purchasing an additional winch mounting bracket for your OEM or aftermarket bumper.
With its integrated winch mounting plate, fog light cut outs and tow hook and multiple shackle points, it’s truly the Swiss Army Knife of bumpers. Installation is also a snap thanks to some properly thought out support brackets underneath. Plus, by integrating the winch mount plate this system will actually save you some weight.

The bumper (part#11540.32) does not allow for the installation of Jeep JL LED fog lights without significant modification. Also, the factory front axle disconnect (FAD) system becomes exposed like low hanging fruit once completed. But, there is an aftermarket skid plate option for that as well.
