COMEUP INTRODUCES SECOND GENERATION SEAL

ComeUp USA has just announced the latest addition to the popular Seal Gen2 Series winches - the Seal 9.5rsi. The Seal Gen2 Series are fully integrated 9,500 lb line-pulling capacities, high performance self-recovery winches that include three models: 9.5i; 9.5si, and 9.5rsi with each model built to be submersible capable, rated to IP68 specs. Other features include a fully sealed transmission and motor system, a built-in thermal detector with LED and Audio indicators, submersible sealed contactor, water proof remote control, built-in waterproof receiver module for a wireless remote control and external automatic full load Cone Brake Structure (CBS), perfect for synthetic rope.

All of the Seal Gen2 integration winches feature the market-first Intelligence Dashboard (IDB). IDB not only provides winch operation information, it also displays the battery condition of your vehicle. The series includes 100 feet of 3/8-in SK-75 synthetic rope or is also available with wire rope, wireless remote and now offer both integrated and non-integrated control box models.

Bringing racing technology to your adventures, the OME BP-51 shock absorbers were developed and tested extensively in some of Australia’s most rugged environments, these big bore, position sensitive bypass shock absorbers with remote reservoir are designed to be fitted without any need for vehicle modification. This design combines considerable ride comfort around town with significant amounts of end-zone damping for exceptional chassis control and handling off-road. Damping performance is easily adjustable across a wide range in both rebound and compression, allowing the user to alter the vehicle’s ride performance and cater to different road conditions and vehicle loading scenarios. The body, reservoir and components are all made from aircraft grade (6061 T6) aluminum, with a type 3, 40 micron hard anodized finish, ensuring exceptional heat dissipation and resistance to corrosion and stone damage.

The coilover applications come pre-loaded with the appropriate coil spring and are adjusted to the proper height for vehicles equipped with a bumper and winch (heavy load). Initial applications include Jeep JK Wrangler, FJ Cruiser (2010-2014); soon to be released applications will include the Toyota Tacoma, Toyota 4Runner (2010+), and Toyota FJ Cruiser (2007-2009).
