Available as of October 2018, the Hydronaut Heavy-Duty Waterproof System from The American Fishing Tackle Company (AFTCO) is not your everyday rain gear with its many unique features. Winner of The Best of Category – Technical Apparel at 2018 ICAST, the Hydronaut has a two-layer 100 percent nylon shell with full polyester mesh lining, a SpeedVent hood with a double articulated storm flap, plus a Double Dry Cuff with an internal rubberized sleeve and cinch to prevent water from seeping up your casting arm. You can safely store keys, tools, or other small essentials in the covered chest pockets, top entry pouch pockets or even in the tricot handwarmer pocket. There’s also an exclusive “Cyclops Camera Mount” to attach a camera.
