As the official Education Sponsor for the World Recreational Fishing Conference, the Habitat Conservation Trust Foundation (HCTF) has offered to sponsor up to four students to attend the July 16th -20th conference in Victoria. The Foundation is looking to sponsor British Columbia students currently enrolled in a post-secondary program with a strong focus on fisheries conservation and management.
