The trade deal agreement was made just hours before the U.S.-imposed deadline. This deal replaces NAFTA and will be called the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement.
However, the new agreement still isn't clear with wether it will remove the Trump Administration’s Section 232 tariffs on imported Canadian steel and aluminum. In retaliation of those tariffs, Canada imposed tariffs of 10 percent on U.S.-built boats. This has proven to harm both U.S. builders that export boats to Canada and Canadian dealers who represent them.
