MasterCraft Boat Co. has introduced the new XT21, a new midsize multipurpose crossover boat.
The third addition to MasterCraft’s XT crossover boat line, the 21-foot XT21 replaces the company’s X10 crossover. The XT series seeks to integrate premium features and performance at a “more approachable price,” the company said.
Positioned between the new 23-foot XT23 and 20-foot XT20, the XT21 is a middleweight crossover boat that can accommodate a crew of 14, MasterCraft said.
The new hull on the XT21 has minimum bow rise. The optional Gen 2 Surf System was custom-designed for the new hull to create wakes.
The company said the Gen 2 Surf System, combined with customized hard-sided ballast tanks, accommodates as much as 2,500 pounds of ballast. The XT21 can be outfitted with the new Dockstar Handling System.
The XT21 is powered by the newest General Motors engines, which MasterCraft said are marinized exclusively for the company by Ilmor Marine.
