Hundreds of U.S. boat orders were cancelled by Canadian boat dealers ahead of the 10% tax just introduced on these U.S.-built boats. The Canadian government has also announced the other retaliatory efforts and feels it must hit the United States hard in an attempt to get the President to back down on aluminum and steel tariffs.
