2nd Annual 4wheelers4vets Veterans' Trail Run

June 9 to 11 based out of South Wind Motel and Campground, Minden, Ontario

4wheelers4vets Veterans' Trail Run is an annual event, organized for the first time October 2016, matching Canadian Veterans with 4-Wheel Drive enthusiasts, for an exhilarating weekend on the trails.  Funds raised are used via our committee, after being put to vote, to assist Veterans in need who 'fire a flare' for help.  Assistance needed includes, but is not limited to; Veteran homelessness, "Boots on the Ground" for Veterans in crisis who need a comrade at their side (in some cases to bring a comrade home), provisions of grocery items for those who are struggling, to assisting financially with pertinent utility bills to avoid cut-offs.

Registration fees: Driver $125, passengers $75 each, t-shirts $20 each. Drivers without LAJOC membership must pay a $20 third-party liability insurance fee.

Registration includes:

• Two days on the trails: Scotch Line, Green’s Mountain and, if enough support, the Rock.
• Five meals: 3 on Saturday, 2 on Sunday (build-your-own lunches for the trails)
• Driver registration also includes: T- shirt, commemorative sticker for vehicle
