RV Photo Safari & Tour at Glacier National Park - Video
RV Lifestyle
We love Glacier National Park! So much so that we held our recent Roadtreking Photo Safaris there, gathering with a group of RVers who wanted to explore, hike and and take photos of the amazing beauty of this spectacular park on Montana’s Canadian border.
We stayed at the Chewing Blackbones RV resort and Campground, located on the Blackfeet Indian Reservation just outside Glacier on the banks of Lower St Mary’s Lake. We had programs and cooking demonstrations each evening around a campfire and a TeePee .
There were boat rides, tours of the area and lots of hikes… but the main reason we were here was to take photographs. Laura Robinson was our instructor and we took to the mountains to perfect our picture-taking.
There is so much to see at Glacier. Wildlife abounds. We saw whitetail and mule deer, elk, moose and bear almost every time we ventured out.
This video gives you a small sampling of what we saw and why Glacier is such a special place…. Make sure it's on your RV Bucket List!
