LTA Manufacturing LLC announces the acquisition of Ranch Fiberglass, ATC Truck Covers and Jason Industries. LTA Manufacturing will handle the sales, marketing and manufacturing of all products for the three brands under its umbrella.
Jason Industries, a leading producer of pickup truck caps and tonneau covers for 45 years, decided to exit the cap and tonneau business to focus entirely on the RV and marine industries. All Jason molds have been transferred to ATC's Ottawa, Kansas facility where production has already begun.
Ranch Fiberglass is a producer of fiberglass truck caps and tonneau covers in Elkhart, Indiana. The molds and production from Ranch will remain in Indiana. Dustin Geyer, former president of Ranch Fiberglass, will be the new President and a shareholder of LTA Manufacturing LLC.
"The combination of Ranch, ATC and Jason will enable us to be more flexible and efficient. We will be able to ensure faster turnaround to our dealers and to their customers. So far, the transition has been seamless and will not affect delivery or lead time. We are very dedicated to providing the best service, and that is our goal with this integration.
